Snake catcher is your best bet. I have never heard of a carpet snake going after kids or dogs. They are great rat catchers though. When I was a kid in the 60’s we had one it the roof space of our beach house. It was considered to be unremarkable situation and no effort was made to remove it.

Think about this. Why is he there? If there is no food, he won't hag around. He is only small so unless your dog is the size of a cat leave him be.

The passata is awful, trimat 9.99 had that fresh smell that lingers. Love the fish fingers. Pesto is good. The nut bars can be cheaper in Woolworths if on special. Chicken crispy is better than the original. The sweeteners are good value. The noodles and gnocchi is great value. The cereal is on par with Kellogg’s. The porridge is delish. Most products come from Aussie big brands anyway

Love Aldi for everything. Do get meat from Costco too, along with loads of other stuff). I’d say 80% of shopping comes from Aldi over a month

I'm an old fck, so I home brew. I think it's curious how accents aren't different with location in Aust, there's a few different terminology or cultural differences, but they are pretty minor compared to say England or America.

Hello. Loved your commentary. As a Canadian migrant in Australia, who has been living in Australia the mid 1960s, I think I can speak with some experience. I lived in Canada, the United States, Great Britain and finally Australia. I'm not young. I've been back to Canada and the USA several times over the years, and I don't belong there. In my time living in the U.K., I quickly realized that I didn't belong there either. When I landed in Adelaide in South Australia in the mid 60s, I quickly knew that this was the land I belonged to. In the time I have lived here, I have married, raised a family of Australians, and unashamedly see myself as an Aussie, albeit with a Canadian accent. I love this country.
